Come for a mid-day crystal bowl meditation. Together we will connect to the breath, open and cleanse each of our chakras, getting into a nice open space for our divinity to flow through us.

Cleansing, opening and charging the chakras generates wonderful feelings of safety, relaxation and balance. All of our emotions, thoughts and feelings flow through our energy centers. Let’s clear out everything we don’t need and connect back to the inner knowing and wisdom of our true divine self.
